zach 94373a094e Add ansible inventory + promtail playbook + vault gitignore 
The /opt/ansible tree on CT113 was never under version control; the
Forgejo/GitHub homelab-ansible repo held only README.md. Commit the
actual content so the off-site mirror protects something.
